Self-care is so important right now. When the world is chaotic it’s vital to take care of yourself.
We all need different things to feel fulfilled and happy .
But.. Always a but.
Some things are always essential.
Gratitude . Wake up every morning and immediately be grateful for something. Keep a gratitude Journal.
Faith . Have faith in your higher power and have faith in yourself. Pray meditate read Journal.
Hydration . Always drink more water. Summertime is the best time to drink extra water. As soon as you get up drink a cup, before your morning tea / coffee. ( tea for me ) and another cup before each meal and one cup before bed. Is an easy way to start.
Nutrition . Eat more natural whenever possible. Shun processed food. The Mediterranean style is easy for anyone to enjoy.
Exercise/movement. Move around and get some exercise even if it’s just walking. Walking is awesome.
Fun ! You can find Joy all around you and you can have fun doing almost anything if you have the right attitude.
Don’t overthink it, don’t make it hard. Just start doing more for yourself everyday.
Before you know it better self-care becomes an easy habit.
