Silence As Self-Care

Silence. Sometimes we need to just shut everything down. All the noise just to be quiet with your thoughts.

Life can be overwhelming, and it is a lot of the time. We go from one thing to the next almost in a blur. Everyday find a few minutes just to be quiet. Quiet with your thoughts. Preferably about something happy. Or better take a few minutes of silence just to breathe pray meditate or just be silent.

Taking a few minutes of silence can be just what you need to stop breathe and get a new outlook release tension let go of some anger and just get on a better vibe.

Myself , I enjoy at least a half hour or more just to be silent usually in the evening after a long day. Just to be silent grateful and remember who I am, um ruling Queen of the mortal world? I mean grateful hippie.
